How much time one order takes
An example wholesaler with 15 staff, working in business software such as Pantheon. This is the path of one order, from the customer's inquiry to the delivery note, and 300 such orders a month.

That is more than half of one full time job. Nobody has to go, only the dull part of the work does: people get more time for customers, the warehouse and sales.
How it is calculated: for each step we took an assumed time per order, today and with the tool, and multiplied it by 300 orders a month. For example, a 10 minute offer is 50 hours a month, and a 2 minute check of the draft is 10 hours. This is an example calculation, not the result of a particular client.

For two weeks we look at how the work really runs. You get a written report: the five tasks that lose the most hours, how much can be saved and what to do first.

We set up the tool for one or two tasks, using the programs you already have: email, Excel and your business software, for example Pantheon. It works on your real paperwork.

We teach your people to work with the tool, step by step. Each month we track how much time was really saved and add the next task.

No need to fear new programs
Most of our clients do not work in IT. The tool fits the way you work, not the other way round.
- You keep your program. The tool works alongside what you already use.
- A person always confirms. Nothing goes to a customer or into the books until your staff have checked it.
- Your data stays in the EU. We follow the GDPR and sign a confidentiality agreement.
- We tell you when it is not worth it. If a task is too small or too rare, we will say so in the review.
Common questions
My people are not good with computers. Will they be able to use it?
Yes. We set up the tool so your staff do less work than before, not more: mostly they just check and confirm. We train them on their real work, as many times as it takes.
Do we need to buy a new program or new computers?
Usually not. We work with email, Excel and the program you already have. If something is needed after all, you will see it in the review, with a price, before you decide anything.
Is this artificial intelligence?
Partly, yes: the tool uses artificial intelligence to read an invoice or an order the way a person would. You do not need to know anything about it. All that matters is that the work gets faster and stays accurate.
What if the tool makes a mistake?
That is why a person always confirms. The tool marks anything it is not sure about, and your staff check it. In the review and after the setup we measure accuracy too, not only speed.
How long until we see the time saved?
The review takes two weeks. The first task is usually up and running a few weeks after that, depending on how complex the work is.
Do you work outside Zagreb?
Yes. We do most of the work remotely, and we come to you at the start and for training when that is needed.
