Privacy notice
Short and with no small print: what you type into the form, we use only to get back to you.
Who handles your data
Olifant d.o.o. za trgovinu i usluge, Kolarova ulica 16, 10000 Zagreb, OIB (Croatian tax number) 84682700080. Other company details are on the Legal information page.
For anything about your data, write to info@olifant.hr.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form yourself:
- your full name
- your company name
- your phone number or email address
- the task that takes up most of your time, as you chose it
- a short description, if you write one (optional)
- your agreement to this notice
- the time you sent the enquiry
Nothing else. The site has no sign in, no accounts and no passwords. We do not ask for a tax number, a home address or payment details.
Why, and on what legal basis
We use the data to get back to you and arrange the call you asked for. The basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form, and the steps we take at your request before any contract is signed.
Who else sees the data
The enquiry is saved in a Google spreadsheet and reaches us by email through Google Workspace. Google handles this data for us, under a data processing agreement.
The site is hosted by Netlify, which, like any web server, briefly records technical details of each visit, such as the IP address, to keep the site safe and working.
That is the full list. We do not sell the data, we do not give it to advertisers and we do not send you adverts.
How long we keep it
If we do not start working together, we delete the enquiry 24 months after you sent it. If we do work together, we keep the data for as long as we work together and for as long as the law requires business records to be kept.
If you ask us to delete it sooner, we delete it straight away.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it or limit how we use it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. One email to info@olifant.hr is enough. We reply within 30 days at the latest and charge nothing.
If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can contact the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies and has no script that tracks visits. That is why there is no banner asking you to accept cookies. The only script on the site sends the enquiry form.
